Hi again,
Well - the triggers should actually not influence the gap calculation... They switch the current track but that's all... What did you change for your stop trigger? Did you have two of them? I'm very interested if you can reproduce the issue. Your last description with the gap starting at -34 means LapTimer calculated your initial position matching the END of the reference lap best. The only situation I could think about is the reference lap has been to opposite direction of your current drive?

P.S. Not sure this link can be used but please try for a description on how to set up tracks to and from work: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid= ... =1&theater
Getting Started.
Re: Getting Started.
Yes, I had read that and that is how it was set up. I should have said I didn't just delete the "Work to Home" stop trigger this morning I deleted the track and the one lap that existed. I had noticed before that I could not have a reference lap both on the "To Work" track and the "From Work" track. It had to be one or the other so I should have realised at that point something was wrong. Perhaps the triggers were too close?
Re: Getting Started.
Did some testing on circular "laps" yesterday to get a better idea of what to expect when on a real track. So I did three laps and I can generate overlaid video for each individual lap but I can't figure out how to create an overlaid video of the session, i.e. all three laps.
