Thats what I thought could be a possibility but I didn't change anything from the two sessions in which the overlay was incomplete vs the sessions where just data was recorded. I also ran LT on the way to the track and it was showing RPM and TP
Before going to the track, and on the way to the track I tested and everything was good. It just seems that while my phone was capturing video AT THE TRACK, LT was not reading RPM and TP. I wish I hadn't deleted the two sessions....would like to see if the files contained RPM and TP data.
Have you seen this before? Any other ideas please.
Please keep in mind this is a long integration chain from car sensors, to car bus, across the OBD plug, through the dongle, via wifi, LT connection, LT processing. There are several areas that can break or will not work from time to time. What I recommend is to take some seconds while you are in the pits to switch to the Sensors List, and check that both GPS and OBD are connected (green) and show reasonable update rates (which is a clear signal data is coming in). The most frequent issue is the wifi connection which can e.g be disturbed by some other wifi-s etc.
Getting to grips with the Pro edition in conjunction with my 4s and go-pro.
Have the lap data and go pro fotage on my iphone, but the overlay function only lets you pick the file from the camera role, and i cant get the file into that folder?
I've successfully overlaid an external video (gopro) but for some reason the overlay function won't let me turn on obd ii data even though I know I had my GoPoint bt device was working at the time. Any ideas?
