Android 13 issues? Upgrade to GP edition and external BT connections

Update: I had yesterday my first trackday after the issue reported here.

Although I can add now the BT devices they never connect with HLT...

There seems to be still an issue with Samsung and/or Android 13 using external BT devices.

I was some testing before heading to the track this weekend. Experiencing the same issues. Can add ODBLink LX and Garmin GLO 2 to the BT devices to the Sensors List but they never connect with HLT. They both work fine in the RaceChrono demo version.

First time using HTL on a Pixel 7 with Android 13

Updates:
Tested out the GPS/OBD buddy app as well. Version 24.8 does NOT work with my Garmin GLO 2. I found an old GPS/OBD Buddy apk for version 24.7, that DOES work with my GLO 2. Have not tested the OBDLink LX yet. WIll update when I have a chance.

OBDLink LX DOES work in version 24.7.

LapTimer 24.8.1 will be available soon. It fixed BT permission issues seen for Android 12 / 13.
