assistance with lap time correction

Post by eightysixtuned »

hello,
i did read a thread that for assistance with lap time correction i'll need to contact someone? is this still the process? i did read that lap times can be off due to dropping of GPS satellite signals. I did attempt to have this auto corrected, but when this occurs, it splits the 1 single lap which consists of 2 laps into 2 laps with the incorrect start and end locations for each.

Please export the multi lap to HLPTRL and send it to Harry@gps-laptimer.de

Make sure you export only this single multi-lap and not a larger range.

Add a note “please check if this can be split / repaired”.
