HLT Data and GoPro Video

I'm new to HLT and am getting ready for my first track day with it. Do I read the HLT info correctly that I have to load my GoPro video into my iPhone to synch with my HLT data?? I'm relatively certain this won't work because of the large video file size and my 3G 32M iPhone.

Can I instead export the data and put the data and video together with a specific video editor? If so, suggestions on an editor??
