Hello,
I seem to have an issue with videos disappearing / links breaking. While exporting a handful of overlaid laps, the app seemed to hang / crash. After that, the raw video thumbnails disappeared. Under the video list, it shows a blank thumbnail. The videos show the true file size but zero duration. Attempting to watch the video shows a "missing master" error and hangs the app.
I rebooted my iPhone as suggested here: viewtopic.php?p=28851&hilit=missing+master#p28851
After doing so, the thumbnails briefly reappear. But, they disappear almost immediately if I click away from the video list page. Attempting to access the video from the lap list hangs the app. I've tried rebooting several times, and the problem persists. On one occasion, I tried immediately exporting the video from "video list" to photos, but this hangs the app. The video then disappeared from the video list. The thumbnail appeared in Photos but wasn't playable (as if it hadn't finished downloading from a remote site).
I also tried reverting to a database backup from before the issue, but that didn't help.
Any advice on how to fix? Does Harry's store local videos in the Iphone filesystem in a way that's accessible to the user? Is the video that I tried to export gone, since it's vanished from the video list?
Thanks for the help!

Videos / Master Missing, Reboot not Helping
Re: Videos / Master Missing, Reboot not Helping
The media library is getting inoperable (can't play videos, show thumbnails, check duration) when a video has been overlaid and exported to Photos. For phones suffering from this problem, a reboot is required. Afterwards, everything should be fine. This known problem really occurs only for certain iPhones / configurations and only when using the Export overlaid video option.
Original videos are stored in LapTimer's sandbox by default. They are not accessible in this area. To get access you need to either transfer the video to the Phone library (there is a button in Video Details) or overlay / export it. The later creates a new video with overlay and moves that video to media library. The original video stays in the sandbox until you delete it.

Re: Videos / Master Missing, Reboot not Helping
I also have this issue on iphone 15 pro (ios 18.4.1 ... 872GB available). Not only do the links break, but I cannot play any video in any app after attempting to relink in Harrys, meaning that videos in Photos, Messages, Safari or Files do not play; videos on YouTube (native app and Safari) will not play. All of my icloud videos are still accessible and playable on other devices. A hard restart (up,down, restart) resolves the video play, but if I attempt to relink again, all videos are non-playable and a spinning wheel is shown indefinitely. Its as if a codec is not compatible. Thanks.
Re: Videos / Master Missing, Reboot not Helping
Please recheck. The problem with media library corruption occurs for certain phones / configurations when overlaying and creating a new video (Export) only. A relink just stores some textual link data in LapTimer and does not change anything in the media library. So a iPhone reboot (not just turning the screen on / off or killing LapTimer) should fix the missing access to thumbnails / video and blocking permanently until the next video export / overlay operation.
