I don't see an "Overlay" button

I shot video and when I go to Analysis I see a Lap List and some have the Video symbol next to them (looks like a video camera). When I click and drill into that lap, in the Video section I see a Preview window, then a Type field (Raw Video), and below that are Play and Export buttons, but I do NOT have the option to Overlay as shown in the documentation.

What am I doing wrong?

I have version 20.0.14 Grand Prix edition.
