iPhone 6 doesn't record

I'm using iPhone 6, GoPointBT1, and a hero3. BT1 data works fine, GoPro works fine. I have no picture in the video screen, and after a lap, there is no video in my photos app. The icon shows that it is recording during the lap. I'm sure this is operator error, but I can't figure it out from the manual or the forum. Please help!

So when entering Video View, it is black? Please verify you have allowed LapTimer to access cam and micro. Without permission, it will not work (like for all permissions LapTimer is asking for). To add permissions, goto iOS - Settings app - Privacy - LapTimer

I have a similar issue with my iPhone6.

No video recorded on timer view. Video is saved only when on video view.

For LapTimer v19 running on an iPhone6, select Video View, make sure video settings and field of view are fine and leave the view using the big Record Auto button. This will keep video active in background while using Timer View. You can see the video status in LapTimer's status gadget shown in the top of Timer View.
