Overlaying with restored video

Post by KCblues »

This is my first post in the forum. I'm running the Grand Prix version on an iPhone 5s with 16 GB.

I've only used for AutoCross this year which has mostly worked great. Really have enjoyed being able to share the overlays with friends and co-racers.

Last Sunday I ran a couple 20 minute track sessions, 8 laps each. I could not do an overlay on them because HLT said it needed 5.6 GB free memory, which I did not have. After a lot of app, music, and photo deletion, and finally moving the 2 each 20 minute videos over to my laptop I had enough memory. However, when I then put the original video back on the iPhone using iTunes, HLT cannot find it anymore. The file name is the same.

Am I doing something wrong (or have I already lost any chance of overlay?)

Thanks for a great product Harry !!!

In case you sync videos using iTunes / Photo app, names are not the some once you have unloaded / loaded the video a second time. In this case, please select the lap to be overlaid from LapList, touch the empty video preview, and select Re-Link in the bottom. Select your move and you are done for a new overlay.
