Hey Harry.
i really like your app and consider buying it - but im a bit confused which version (rooky, pertrolhead, GP) is best for me.
I also have some generell questions and would really appreciate you helping me.
I have a android phone, no additional sensors, and want to drive Nordschleife B2G.
Q1: If i understand correctly, while driving, no matter of my version, i will be getting this screen: https://youtu.be/NS09uYuxRXU?t=364
Q2: Is there a way to have current speed and section name (eg. Hatzenbach) display while driving?
Q3: Can i select a reference lap from other drives (also seeing their car)?
Lets say i want to get to a 9:30 lap with my 160bhp car - is that what you mean by "realtime data from other drivers"?
Q4: In case i want to record my lap with my phones camera while running LapTimer, i will need Petrolhead, yes? (as background recording is not supported by the generic camera app) What screen will i be getting?
Q5: Even if recording with my actionCam, after driving i can use overlay (only with Petrolhead?) to get the following, correct?:
https://youtu.be/euvwg8AYA_c?t=59
(no additional sensor required for this information)
Q6: With any version i can analyse my lap to see there i lost/won time compared to a reference lap?
Thanks so much!
Lennart

Re: Features (of different versions)
Hi,
Q1: Yes, but the UI is updated since then. Check https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... 618&type=3 for snapshots.
Q2: Both is shown in Video View and GPS View. Speed is shown in many views, the best on is Speedo (available in Petrolhead and GrandPrix). For the POIs: you will have a hard time reading NOS turn names while driving
Q3: You can load sample laps other drivers have submitted. This is named Challenge in LapTimer. You will always find one you can learn from.
Q4: Yes, Petrolhead and GrandPrix. To record video on Android, you need to use the Video View (which looks like the overlaid videos).
Q5: Yes.
Q6: Petrolhead and GrandPrix. Rookie does not include reference lap comparison (but predictive lap timing).
For Android, just load the app and have a look into it. You can cancel the purchase wishing 20 minutes.
