how do i sink my go pro video with my iphone videos

Hi hows everyone. i'm not really comp. savvy. i have a Pc with window 8. i just bought harrys grand prix laptimer for my iphone6. i also have a go pro hero4 black edition. i've tried to do the overlays with the go pro videos, but i cant seam to get it right. everyone just tell use this and that. can someone explain step by step on how to do it. the one listed on Harry's website dont work. i tried using the itunes but it only let me transfers videos to my video library, not the phone library like its needed.

For iTunes, select the Photo tab and tick the field saying something like "Include Video". In case you want to go the straight route, install iFunbox or iBrowse on your PC and drop the videos into LapTimer's Documents folder. Please always use the Re-Link option as described in the video documentation (check www.gps-laptimer.de), that's much easier than the path entering the MultiCam ID.
