Maybe a user can comment on this - I actually can't. With a zoo of nearly 4000 Android device types formally compatible with LapTimer, it is simply not possible to give a confirmation here. For Android, GrandPrix is not available, so the question is on LapTimer Petrolhead. Some observations:

Android 4.0 is formally o.k.
The market they have Wifi (all smartphones / tablets have that!), but do not mention Bluetooth?
I'm pretty sure to has no GPS, which mean you need an external one, which in turn needs Bluetooth.
Screen density is extremely low (big display, small resolution) - it might look unbalanced.
I do not see a precise definition of the processor, but it will most probably be below the recommended Geekbench.

I'd suggest to clarify on BT/GPS first, these are potential killers. In case you can solve that positiv, load it from Playstore to test it. In case it doesn't work, cancel the order within 15 minutes and Google will refund the price automatically.

Thanks, for the reply, I am new to Harry's but sounds like "lost leader" tablets maybe not the best fit. How about the Samsung tab4 7"? or any others that work well with GP or Petrol Head?

thanks...
