Recording problem

To some compatibility due to reported issues, background video recording is disabled temporarily. In case you want to record the video, just keep this active and drive. Sorry for any inconvenience we will back soon.

Can anyone advise why I get the above error message ??

Not an error message but an information the background video function (usually available by pressing the Record Auto button) is disabled currently. This means you need to use "foreground recording" by simply keeping the Video View active while driving.
