Everything works except the video..

Hello,

I went to the Nurburgring this weekend. I did 6 rounds with Harry's applications LapTimer Petrolhead Edition. Everything worked well except when I want to watch the videos.

I have an iPhone 5s 64 Gb and I still have 30 Gb of free memory.

When I want to watch videos, the app says "No Video" and become very slow.
Overlays and Play operation don't work and i need to restart my phone.

The videos existe because I have 3 Gb less.

What can i do for recover my video and if possible run well the app?

I have 2500 pictures and 800 videos on my phone, can be a probleme?

Yes, the video(s) exist, but cannot be access. LapTimer uses iOS's media services to access footage (both when stored in the Photo library and in LapTimer's sandbox). It is well possible the problem is about the big number of videos and some media server issues. Please check what happens when you reboot - this will reset the media server. There were some problems with media server Apple says to be fixed since 7.1. Which iOS version do you use?

I've rebooted at least 10 times yesterday but nothing has changed, the application blocks all my phone as soon as i click on video.

I use iOS 7.1.1

All my pictures and videos are synced with my iMac.
If i uncheck on iTunes "pictures and videos" to remove all my pictures and videos of my iPhone is that removes the videos of Harry Lap Timer?

Or do I have to find a way to enter in the files of iPhone application? Sandbox?

Once you remove the sync of Photos / Videos, the space should be freed up. Videos within LapTimer Documents folder are not synced and will stay unchanged. Please note that turning on the sync afterwards will require considerable time.

I uncheck on iTunes "pictures and videos" to remove all my pictures and videos of my iPhone and now Harry's Lap Timer is working perfectly!!!

So the problem was definitely, to much pictures and videos. Maybe a problem of Apple than Harry's lap timer. I hope on the future it will be no more a problem.
