I was very satisfied with v17 but after last update to v17.0.2
I cannot find
SETTINNGS
SENSOR LIST
please help me !

You have most probably turned off advanced mode in the Define User assistant. This is how to enable the additional views again:
Navigate to the Guide / Assistant
Select Define User
Select Advance Mode
