Timestamp and location stamping videos on camera roll

Would it be possible to time and geotag HLT videos exported to the Camera roll with their original recording times and locations (similar to how the iPhone timestamps and geotags videos taken with the built-in camera app)

This would make it much easier when importing into iPhoto, sharing, etc. because I often export laps out of order, and those are timestamped with the export date rather than the date of the video recording itself.
