So that's actually the problem. I've done that but the session is the entire race 160 laps as we didn't reset things while racing. So now what I want to do is go in and manually find the long lap (the pit stop) and say, here's split this session into two at this lap. Then I could export each stint as a separate session.

True, LapTimer detects sessions by looking for a lap not following another directly. So it needs to be stopped when entering the pits. Delete the “long” lap including the pit stops and LapTimer will detect multiple sessions.
