1) Re-Link exchanges all references to the current video (whether it is available or not) by another video. The order is not relevant.

2) take care for your limited resources ;-) for PiP SD is good enough. Choosing it higher will require more time and energy (CPU) to process. Furthermore a SD video will be transferred to your master device a lot faster then a FullHD video

3) none does not change the remote cams resolution (I.e. It is set in remote / the MultiCam app).

Woohoo, its finally starting to make sense. For the Picture in Picture, is there a way to place where is lands on the screen. I just did an overlay and it seems it is slightly off center top to the right down about 1/2 inch. Is there a way to set it top right or other locations?

No, all items are placed by LapTimer's layouter. Although the layouter is prepared to support an user editor, this feature will likely go into the desktop solution, not the app. Check the AppStore reviews - today LT received one of the rare 1 star ratings because the US guy found the app too complex...
