Hi Everyone, Hi Harry,
I have a similar problem as described in this thread, but not quite the same.
Last saturday, of all my laps, on my best lap, one of the two multicam iPhones, for some mysterious reason, stopped recording after exactly four minutes.
Due to one of the phones being my buddy's, I did not use iCloud to transfer the videos to the main device, but the manual method. Which worked fine for two laps, and partly fine for the best lap. But the 4 minute video is not being recognised. It said "Link: (null)". The Video file itself does have the multicam://cloud-tag.
Is it possible to edit the Lap on LapTimer to use the video? Even if it's only four minutes, I'd like to see those in the final overlaid video..

Now you're cookin'!
Re: Multicam: The missing Link
Hi,
The principle on recreating links is addressed in my last reply in the linked thread. It is basically memorizing the sync point and creating a link from scratch. An alternative is exporting the lap with dangling links, uncompressing the .hlptrz file to .hlptrl, editing the link information included using an plain text or XML editor, and re-importing it into LapTimer.
The (null) link is most probably a result from a problem that happened on the master device - overheating, interruption, memory shortage?
