iCloud Issue

Post by Saul_Good »

Both of my devices are signed into iCloud. All settings on both devices are as they should be (I've changed nothing since the last time i recorded/overlaid video). For some reason on my master device it say my "iCloud is disabled" and I have been unable to get my multicam vids transferred to my master device. Any thoughts?

Hi,

Please verify the following items:
  1. in iOS ‣ Settings ‣ iCloud, make sure iCloud is enabled in general (valid account)
  2. iOS ‣ Settings ‣ iCloud ‣ Documents&Data needs to be ON
  3. check iOS ‣ Settings ‣ iCloud ‣ Storage&Backup for available storage
  4. LapTimer ‣ Settings ‣ iCloud ‣ Use iCloud needs to be ON
In case this does not change your status, please kill LapTimer and start it again.

I have followed all of these steps, and in the Video List under MultiCam iCloud, it still says "iCloud is disabled currently. To use it, sign in first. . . ." I even took it to an Apple store, and they confirmed that everything is set up per the instructions, including being signed in. Can you please provide some additional insight?

Thanks.
