Ver 17.4 At track today- Watkins Glen. Several problems
1. Crashed couple times when overlaying- any prior laps overlaid not indicated as overlaid but are in photo's
2. Constantly flips between straight and curve on mph display even if just going straight- recalibrated accelerometer manually but did not resolve issue. Couple vids on U Tube "the370zzz"
3. Trouble with OBDII interface- seems gets confused- did NOT in previous versions- 65,000 RPM etc , gear searching, 145 MPH etc
Have been using couple years without these issue's in past- same set up

Hi,
For #1, please send the crash logs (viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1115). Actually I hoped to have this fixed in 17.0.4... For #2 and #3, please export the lap data generating this frequent straight / corner speeds. Use the .hlptrl format and export one lap only please. As min / max speeds are derived from OBD while connected, #2 is most probable a direct result from errors in OBD data (#3).

Will send all in Friday after sync from home. Broke car on track so stuck waiting to get fixed. I want to add GREAT software app- very happy with overall performance and support last couple years- I am sure these few items will be addressed.
PS- I also noticed .. we exit to pits on last lap prior to start finish so LAST lap is no longer available for overlay. In prior versions last lap was always available even if exit before start finish line. I do see last lap in the big full session raw file but no overlay info available to that file- this is new- in prior versions I do not recall individual laps plus entire session both in memory - I think this is if people want access to raw file?

On the PS: that has not been changed in the latest version, maybe you caught the start / finish line trigger for the incomplete last lap with the last version?

sent .hptrl lap data via email direct. I already had deleted track but was easy to replicate on street flipping back and forth between straight and curve. Steve

Will have a look into it tomorrow. On street, conditions cannot be compared - you will 'glide' often, instead of accelerating hard, and braking hard alternating. LapTimer's min/max algorithm works on track only.

Had a look into the data already, the samples are no track data, right? You will see this effect will go away once you race
