v17:Timer view on Master and Multicam on Slave

I have two iPhone 4s. I'd like to use the Timer view on one and use the other to record video of the lap. Is this possible? I know you can use Multicam to record video on both at once but then you don't get the lap and sector times in a nice large font. When you are racing you only get a second to glace at the screen so a big font is vital. Thanks.

Currently, the master device needs to have the Video View active to control other cams. v18 will add background recording with the option to record remotely only.
