Data Transfer cable between IPad and Iphone ?

Harry,
I have a cable to link the two devices together. How can I move the infro from my phone to the IPAd with this direct cable link ? I am new to Iphones and Itunes and cannot get my videos to sync and show up in Itunes without manually saving 1 by 1. Can you assist with instructions ? Thx, RedRay

Hi,

I'm not aware on a data cable like this, can you give me some more information here? The usual approach to transfer the full set of lap data from one iOS device to another, is exporting everything to .hlptrl, sending it to an email account readable by the second device, and import it into LapTimer by pressing the .hlptrl attachment Mail.

To export all data to .hlptrl, select the top left button in LapTimer's Lap List and select the All range plus the correct file format. Finally, press Mail.

Thanks for the link. This cable seems to offer similar functionality like the SD card adapter available for the 30pin dock iPads. It should be possible to transfer LapTimer videos from the iPod / iPhone to the iPad too. To transfer, move the videos on your iPhone from LapTimers recordings area to the Photo app first. You find the move function in Video List -> any video -> buttons in the bottom of the Video Details. Please note lap date is not transferred doing this, they require either a mail export / import or sending them from Lap List (currently broken, but will work in 17.0.2 again).
