quick access/shortcut to the laptimer video recording mode

now you have to:
activate the iphone, swipe to enter
start harry's laptimer
press 'I agree'
press timer tab
press video button
press continue

when done, you have to press stop recording button
press the x button to return to the timer screen
press continue

I'm sure there is an easier and faster way to get in and out of the video recording screen, maybe you already have something new in version 16

I'm still on a 3Gs, and it is slow to react, so it is a bit frustrating. Maybe it is not so bad on a 4s
