Adding POI's via the Map view is not working

The documentation says that new POI's can be added in the Map view by tapping and then positioning; however, that does not appear to work. I have the latest Pro version. Am I missing something or is this just broken. I'm attempting to add split triggers to a track I just downloaded.

Please press the small +Flag button in the top left. This will set a new POI in the center of the current map selection.

Thanks, I had gotten confused and thought that button added the POI only at the current location.

How wide a POI detection zone does the narrow/normal/wide options provide when using a 5Hz NMEA GPS.

The corridor widths for Wide / Normal / Narrow are visible in LapTimer's Expert Settings. LT always adds the current accuracy delivered by the GPS. Since version 15.0.5, it adds a minimum of 12 meters here - even if e.g. the XGPS or Ultimate report 2 meters only.
