kmz file to import in Android

Post by juergen »

Hello,

I resetted my Samsung S23 and saved this file:
LapTimer-All-20241209-151749.kmz
The Size is 9.803 KB.

But I did not find an instruction to import this file in Laptimer. Generally I´m in doubt, if this type of file can be imported, because I did not find this extension in this forum.

About the HOWTO instruction to use ES File explorer I´m not sure, if this is valid for kmz-files. Additionally ES File Explorer ist not recommended to use anymore.

So please give advise.

Many thanks in advance

kml files (kmz is short for kml.gz) are export only. They can't be used to restore former database content - at least not without heavy scripting and calculations.
