harry - here's what i found out in testing today.

i ran the video at fullHD, with try 60fps disabled.
i wasn't able to use my racebox mini as the battery was dead.

so, this was done only using my iphone 12.

i put it in timer view and ran my test ax course.
i think my gforce meter is now synced to the video, but, the speed is not. i need to test the gforce in one of my other cars with more braking ability than what i was in today.

the speed display is probably around 2 seconds ahead of the video, at least, viewing the raw video in the laptimer application - i have not exported it yet.

i picked out some of the settings that might be relevant.
they are set as follows:
Speed - measured
Storage Rate - GPS Rate

Overlay Synchronization - 1

Sensor Delays
Consumer Level GPS - 1.5
External GPS Sensor - .3

There is a FAQ and many threads on sync issues. Please start with having a look into this:
viewtopic.php?t=4940 It addresses a solution to correct video / overall data sync.

In case data is inconsistent (e.g. IMU / acceleration and GPS / speed do not match), things are more complicated. Data from various sensors is merged during recording, so existing recordings cannot by re-adjusted easily.

Search for "sensor delay" to find articles on this.

As a last word of caution: once you get sensible with sync, you will see even smallest differences in timing. Usually it is not worth the hassle to make that perfect.

I have had all these same issues for what its worth. I also use the racebox mini S and internal phone camera. Iphone 15 Pro iOS 17.5.1, App version V24.9.1.189
