E46 M3 2002 + VGATE 3 WIFI

Hello gents,

I am new here, purchased a petrolhead version of the Harry's lap timer.

I have a Vgate 3 WIFI OBD adapter and had half hour yesterday just for quick test and saw application was recognizing adapter,
but OBD data was buggy, rpms were freezing and in general saw that some tweaks and setups will have to be done here.

Any E46 M3 owners here to share experience what data is working on this cars and what is not working and maybe some advices?
I have two weeks before trackday to setup everything right

Early M3s show OBD problems frequently. Try switching Adpative Timing for Optimzed to Enabled in Expert Settings. This sometimes helps.

I will try on Sunday when I go back home, hopefully I manage to setup everything.

Any tips on the default protocol setup or something else for E46 M3? My car is using Siemens MSS54 ECU.
