Hi Harry
Please could you assist me with the sync points on my video recorded last weekend at Kyalami which was recently changed bait from the old track. They've made the track abit longer with some new turns. When I looked at the little diagram of the Track saved on the database as 'Kyalami' it seemed to look more like the old track instead of the new one.
I then proceeded to set the new track up as 'The New Kyalami'...so i went to the start line and started the setup. There was message somewhere along the line saying that there is conflicting points obviously referring to the saved old "Kyalami' track. It asked to purge or not and I thought it would probably mean that I would overwrite these points by purging??
I then continued and put the phone in my car and did a few laps. When I returned it seemed to have the sync points all mixed up. I then went to the laps and tried to set the sync point for the laps individually but seems that I am doing something wrong as the sync point adjustments has made things worse.
Please help me with setting up the correct sync points for my videos.
Thanks
Pls help with sync points on my video

Re: Pls help with sync points on my video
We will check the Kyalami configuration shortly...
In situations like this, it is best to remove the old track set (Kyalami section in Lap List ‣ delete the row showing Certified Track Set) and set up the new one temporary using the New Track assistant. This should be everything you need to do.
In case your data and your laps are not in sync for whatever reason, please start with watching the raw video. Identify any of the laps shown by comparing its position or length with laps shown in Lap List. Usually it is easiest to identify the first or last full lap driven. Memorize the lap number shown in the top of the Lap Detail's dialog. Finally, select the raw video from Video List and scroll to the bottom. Select the lap identified and select the frame in the video where you crossed the finish line for this lap. I.e. select the end of this lap. When asked, allow LapTimer to adjust all laps recorded for this session.
Test the sync using the Play button in and repeat the sync adjustment in case it is not perfect. Finally, Export laps you want to distribute overlaid.
