Overlay and Master Video not Showing

Been using HLT for a year now. Using Note 3, OBDMX and Bluetooth GPS XP160. HLT is showing the data and video, but when I press play no overlay is showing as previously. When I click export nothing happens just says Please Wait but I see Master is Missing in the background. Dont know whats going on but video and data is there but no overlay first time this has happened. Any help greatly appreciated.

Please post a snapshot of your lap's details (Video and Data Recording sections). I assume there is an issue with either data or video.

Has the video been recorded using the smartphone itself? Or has it been added from an external source. Otherwise the screenshots are looking fine. For the Play function: please use the scrubber view to go a bit forward and hide bars / buttons by tapping the video. While bars and buttons are visible, the overlay itself is dimmed and hard to see.

Yes the Note 3 was used for the recording this time. Recording(No issues) and Overlaying with Hero4 Silver is another topic/issue. What and How do I use scrubber view? Im hitting the play button and scrolling forward and no see no overlay. When I try to export/overlay laps I says missing master in background behind please wait.

Hmmm, no idea currently. Are you on the latest LapTimer version (20.0.18 or later)? There were some issues with video access in early v20 releases...

Weird..........Overlay is working now and i can preview laps before overlay. I have to scroll forward a little in video then overlay shows.
