Nurburgring BTG sector and virtual best problem

Hi there.
I deleted all my old laps last year for Nurburgring BTG.Started to record this year and instead of 5 sector times and virtual best time linked to all videos it will only give 3 or 4 sector times and will not show virtual best.I have not changed any settings and im using the Grand Prix Edition.
It is recording full laps but even if you overlay the lap it makes no difference.Also the timer has always finished before the gantry.

Any ideas ?

Triggers for BTG are set ahead of bridge and ahead of gantry. This has historic reasons and can't be changed without voiding existing recordings. As the gaps compensate each other, it should not be too critical.

For the varying number of splits: this is due to the placement of some split - they are directly behind corners - which is often a problem to capture. This is to have the same sectors as in the German Sportauto mag.

Workaround: enlarge the wide corridor in expert settings and revaluation splits using the Recalculate function in individual lap's details dialogs.

Virtual best is not available on any lap why is this ? It used to be on all my old laps.

Also when using the recalculate option for all splits with wide it says GPS recordings for 9 laps show incomplete split sets using detection corridor wide or narrow or normal.

Sounds like a problem with GPS accuracy. Please export one of the laps with incomplete splits to .kml and attach it here / send it to me.

There are several prerequisites for the virtual lap calculation to be shown in the laps bar chart:

• You need to be in Data Recordings, the simple chart in the Analysis tile skips this bar.
• The number of splits or split triggers needs to be <= 8 (i.e. a track set with more split triggers or any individual lap with more splits recorded will hide the virtual best).
• You need to have the full lap selected in Data Recordings / Laps / Configuration, i.e. not an individual sector.

One of the conditions fails for your config, please check. In case you can't find, please post a snapshot of the screen you are missing the virtual best display.
