I realize there are several posts on this general topic, but none seem to quite answer my question, which is simply how to do it. I'm running the latest version of HLT, Grand Prix edition, on my ipad mini which I have mounted on a RAM mount in my car, putting it in easy reach. I'm using a Dual XGPS160 GPS receiver, and a Gopro Hero 4 for video recording. HLT successfully starts the video recording the first time I cross the start/finish line. I plan to use Dashware to download and sync the data from HLT and the Gopro video. I've read through the documentation describing how to select multiple consecutive laps, and associate them with the video recording that occurred during the session, but the documtation must refer to an earlier version of HLT, because the instructions and screen captures in the document don't match what is displayed in my version of HLT.
So. could you please describe, step by step, how to select the laps I'm interested in syncing with the video that was captured during my session, and export them (via email, I assume) so that I can sync the data and video using Dashware? Please assume I have no prerequesite knowledge, as I'm quite a novice at video recording and editing. Or, if this is already described in an existing document, please refer me to the document, and the pages that the instructions are on. Thanks.

Re: Another HLT/Gopro synchronization question
You need to export your laps to CSV to overlay this data. I'm not familiar with the steps to take in Dashware, but here is how to export multiple laps of data:
Select one lap in the session from Lap List. In iOS, scroll to the bottom of the list and press Export, in Android, select the upload / distribute icon in the top right.
Now, configure the export. As lap scope, select "Session" from the top of the screen. Verify, LapTimer shows the correct number of laps exported directly below this selection. Selecting Session means all laps in the same session like the lap selected are chosen. Next deselect any format except CSV shown in the bottom. Select CSV. Press Mail to send the export you yourself.
Some screen shots in Video Documentation are outdated (mentioned on the title page). We will update this sometimes, but require our users to map that themselves till then. Please understand we will not provide seperate iOS / Android snapshots or document versions. They differ only slightly in the way actions are positioned in the UI. Only in case LapTimer is really different for iOS and Android (like storage places for videos), we will add seperate descriptions.

Re: Another HLT/Gopro synchronization question
Hello Harry,
Thanks for the response. It does look like the procedure is quite simple, but I have one question. I'd like to export the last six consecutive laps from my most recent track session, download them into Dashware, and sync them with the video from my session, as desribed in my opening post in this thread. When I select the first of the six laps, and then select "Session", it says, "3 lap(s) from lap's selection selected". Why does it specifically select 3 laps? I didn't (knowingly) select 3 laps. So I pressed "Day" (immediately to the left of "Session"), and now it says "6 lap(s) selected". I'm assuming this is because that's the number of laps recorded for that particular day (I had deleted the rest of the laps). So, my question is, what is exactly meant by a "Session", and can I change the number of laps included within a session? Thanks.

Re: Another HLT/Gopro synchronization question
A session should be a number laps recorded between leaving the pits and returning to the pits. LapTimer recognizes them by comparing end and start laps of consecutive laps. It allows a certain time gap configurable in Expert Settings on top. Back to your scenario you maybe returned after 3 laps to the pits or deleted one lap between the first and second laps you have stored for this day?
