cannot extract video, iphone 5s

I transferred raw lap footage to camera roll.

In HLT>analysis>Lap list the video has the 'camera roll' stamp on it and I can play it.

In HLT>analysis>video list there are no videos under any of the headings (none under laptimer, icloud, gopro NOR camera roll)

In iphone>photos there are no videos

I wonder about the first one ("In HLT>analysis>Lap list the video has the 'camera roll' stamp on it and I can play it."). How did it get there? For the Video List, you may try to restart the app or the phone. There might be an update for photo app content missing.

I moved them to the camera roll so they could be transferred to my PC

Ok, this means the video list is not refreshed and does not show the video added to photo app. It s probably related to the Photo app not showing the video, but you may recheck that item. In the latest iOS version Apple has restructured the folders several times. I will add this to my list of potential bugs. Restarting the Photo app or the iPhone should actually update the list and Photo app.

Tried restarting the app and the phone multiple times.

Ended up downloading iExplorer program for windows. Extracting the videos now.
