Please post your device, OS, and LapTimer version. In addition, please reboot you device to work around issues with caches.

As I do not have other reports on a similar issue, I'd suggest to delete and reinstall the app. To not lose your recordings, please create a copy of all .pdb and .mov / .mp4 file before you delete it. This is how to copy the named files to your desktop:

Start iTunes and connect your iPhone. You can browse through LapTimer's files as follows: select the iPhone in the top left, select Apps, scroll down to iTunes File Sharing, select LapTimer. In the bottom right, you will see all files sitting in LapTimer's Documents folder. NB: iTunes' scrolling behaviour is strange for this list... In case you can't scroll the list, move the cursor a bit out of the list and try again.

Select all files ending with .pdb or .mov and copy them to your desktop. Make sure you get all .pdb files. In case one file is missing, it will not be possible to use the copy at all. You can copy *everything* in the list shown too, but it will take longer.

Once you have deleted and reinstalled LapTimer, check if it works in "empty" state. In case it does not, we need to check further iPhone settings. In case it works, kill the app and copy .pdb and .mov files back. Remove .pdb files created after installation / test before doing this. For the restore, do not copy anything but the named .pdb and .mov files.

I keep my fingers cross.

Thanks, I was looking through my settings and came across "updates" for HLT and Track Addict
Both did a update/ reboot and now the HLT works fine.
The HLT is my prefered track data but I do tire testing and often can use the simpler device.
I avoid the itunes like the plague as it synks with a bunch of junk. If Harry's could link to "Circuit tools",via WIFI, that would be sweet.

Try LapTimer's export function using the .vbo format. Send it by email to your desktop. It is ready to be opened in CT 2.

Btw. you do not need to sync iTunes and your iPhone, just connect the device and you have access to the data just like any network drive.
