Fiesta ST Technical Data
Fiesta ST Technical Data
Harry, there was a post where you found the technical data for a car on a German site when the user was unable to find it elsewhere. I'm wondering if you can work the same magic for the new Fiesta ST which is of course built in Germany. The dealer can't yet get the data from the Ford system despite having a chassis number. :fingerscrossedicon

Here we go: http://www.sportauto.de/technische-date ... 53141.html
Please check "Ganguntersetzungen" for gear ratios, and "Achsübersetzung" for the drive ratio.

Re: Fiesta ST Technical Data
This is strange. The images are of the new ST but the TD are for the old one. The new one is a 1600 turbo 6 speed effort.
Re: Fiesta ST Technical Data
Yes, I see the one presented lately comes at 180PS/HP. On the other hand - that's the best can do and will likely not deviate so far it will disturb gear calculation.

Thanks, should eventually get the data from Ford.
Re: Fiesta ST Technical Data
Not got the car yet, delivery is due before 13th April.
Re: Fiesta ST Technical Data
Thanks, can't wait for 8th May. ST, Trackday, HLT, should be a great day.
Re: Fiesta ST Technical Data
Hi,
I am new here, I buyed Laptimer a few days ago and I have got a Ford Fiesta ST, too. My car was built in 10/ 1013.
Now, I tried to find out the gear ratio. I found a sheet with tecnical specs on an american (or english?) Ford homepage.
It is about the 2014 Ford Fiesta ST with the 1.6-liter engine. 180 HP, 240Nm, n max=6350 rpm, Vmax= 223 Km/h, and so on.
I add the sheet (pdf), so you can see yourself.
Transmission: Six-speed manual
Gear ratios:
1st: 3,72 :1
2nd: 2.05 :1
3rd: 1,36 :1
4th: 1,03 :1
5th:0,82 :1
6th:0,69 :1
Final drive: 3,82:1
My tires are the original: 205/40 R17
My problem is that the max speed I can drive in a gear is wrong. What I would like to say:
In the last gear I can drive 223Km/h. But the Laptimer says that my Vmax is 270 Km/h.
In every gear I can drive faster than I actually can do.
I read the other threads but, I couldn´t find a solution. There must be something wrong I think.
Or maybe it is everything right... Maybe someone can help me, I see last post is from 2013
Thanks!
Willi
