The problem with missing attachment has always been an issue with mailers and accent characters in the attachment's file name. Unspecified should be fine. Which language have you set for your phone?

data going missing
Re: data going missing
I saw the same behavior with export: once the lap data went missing, of course there was nothing to attach. My track was autonamed as an autocross when using the assistant, so did not contain any accent characters.
Re: data going missing
O.k., that's a possible reason too. @Ilenta, have you checked the lap you recorded has actually GPS/OBD data stored? Does it have a preview of the track driven in Lap Details?

Re: data going missing
Language set to english on both devises
Since my strategy was always to record using the old phone, then transfer to the new phone and then e-mail, I thought maybe something was getting screwed up during the transfer. I added an e-mail address to the old phone (which is the one one used on the bike for the recording). Then I exported the file when that phone was on wifi and it attaches everything properly. I can then "transfer" the same file from the lap list to my new iPhone 6. Everything looks like its transferred over properly, looks exactly the same in the lap list with all the information. But when I then try to export that newly transferred file from the iPhone 6, it won't attach the .csv.
My temporary solution is to just store all the laps on the old phone and then export while on wifi. Kind of sucks because I didn't want the old phone to be cluttered with emails that don't need to be on the phone, but whatever works.
