Video Handling

Post by AusStig »

Hi Harry,
Great app!
Hopefully a relatively easy question. I did lots of reading and searching but just want to confirm my thoughts.

I have 2 iPhone 4 and one iPhone 4S. Unfortunately two of them have relatively small memory sizes. The 4S has only 8gb memory.

Since I don't have a personal hotspot/wifi at the track nor do two of the phones have SIM cards, I was wondering if it was possible to copy the raw video files from each phone onto my laptop using iBrowse after each session to make sure I have enough space for the next session. Then at the end of each day transfer the videos (session by session) back onto the master phone for overlay compilation.

Would that work?

Thanks!
Matt

Sorry for the late reply, I thought I had answered already...

The answer is yes, you can move footage from LapTimer's Documents folder to the desktop and back any time. As long as you do not change filenames, they will automatically show up again once they are restored. While moved to the desktop, you will see NO VIDEO or VIDEO OFFLINE.
