Android Wear/iWatch/Pebble Sector Notifications

This may be a little too niche, since not alot of people actually have/use these watches, but:

What if we have a notification that sends out the sector time which would simply display green for fast or red for slow, to our watch?

Thought of this the other day, and it should be relatively simple to implement.

I guess we can go another step further and probably send out lap time information to our watches, but simplicity would be key here.

Also to note, i am a software developer with abit of experience in iOS and Android platform who also does the regular track day so feel free to delegate some work to me here
