Hi Harry,
I am a very happy new user! I have a 97 Camaro SS and used Lap Timer Grand Prix with a PLX Kiwi 2 wifi, iPhone 5, Dual XGPS160 and a GoPro2. I manually controlled the GoPro and LT handled the rest. I then exported the data and combined the data and video with Dashware. I am very pleased with the results but I do have a problem. The data exported from your app did not include accurate data for RPM, Selected Gear or any lateral acceleration. Those fields simply contained zeros. I did not expect to get throttle position but I am able to record proper values for the other fields with dashcommand so I know that the PLX is outputting rpm and gear.
Any idea why I did not get that data, especially rpm?
Thank you!
Bill

Re: Missing Data
Sounds like the line dropped. rpm and throttle are certainly collected in case an OBD is connected. Please run a test off track so you are able to monitor what is going on. Check if you get a consistent OBD update rate (e.g. in Sensors List). Check rpm using the Speedo View. Maybe there has been some wifi conflict...
Missing acceleration means the accelerator could not be calibrated in the pits. Please always check if you get acceleration values in the pits. The values should be around 0 G (certainly), but they must not show n/a. In case they do, either press the acceleration circle in Video View, or the Max G field in GPS or Timer View.
Acceleration can be calculated "after the fact" from GPS. To do this, select the lap that is missing acceleration from Lap List, select "Recalculate" and "Acceleration". Calculated acceleration is not as good as measured values, but it is good enough to get some movements in the overlay

Hi Harry,
Just to confirm, the Gopro will have to be controlled separately from HLT if the Kiwi OBD II is being used, correct?
Thanks,
Sherwin

Re: Missing Data
That is correct. Currently, the GoPro cannot be used with any other Wi-Fi device.
