"External Overlaying and Overlaying External Sources
In case you want to design your own dashboards for video overlays, you need to export both data recordings, and the video
to a 3rd party software available elsewhere. To export a video, make sure it is available in the Photo App. In case it is not,
you can move it from LapTimer‘s own storage area to the Photo app: either select the video from the Video List, or navigate
from Lap List to you lap, press the video preview row, and press the button to move the video from LapTimer‘s
storage area over to the Photo App - without overlaying data."
I was interested in exporting all my lap data and my Gopro footage to a third party video editor for overlaying. I want to avoid importing my gopro footage to my iphone and having to clear up storage space in my iphone for that.
When I export a video to my iphone as described above, does it also export the lap data, which can then be overlayed using a third party video editor? The reason I'm asking because it sounds like only the raw video from the iphone is being exported and not the overlay data.

To export the overlay data, please use LapTimer's CSV export. It can be transferred using email or Dropbox.

Thanks, Harry. I just realized that there is a big fat icon for that.
