If you can please check out this video, you will see that when the video starts, the timer is already at 01.38 and when the video stops, the Audi bridge has not been reached. Any advice?

Two points:
1) Both the start and the stop trigger for Nordschleife BTG are set before bridge and gantry - generating an overall shift but comparable times (to correct triggers). I have not corrected this as it voids any lap recorded so far and makes predictive lap timing fail.
2) Video cams require considerable time until they start up. This are the one and a half second you see in the video. This means you simply miss the first 1 or 2 seconds of video and LapTimer starts with the correct frame time. In case you want to see the video from the beginning, start recording manually in the pits (Video View -> red button) and start driving. LapTimer will stop the intro "lap" when you pass bridge and time as usual. Once you have passed gantry, data recording will be finished / stopped, but the video is still recording. So stop video recording manually again here. Now, you have enough footage to allow LapTimer to start at 0:00
