resetting after each lap BTG nurburgring

hi i am a new user, and just tried this app at the ring, i found i had to reset after every lap to get the timer to work, I'm on a motorbike so thats a bit of a pain, am i doing something wrong or is this how the app is?

apart from reseting its a great tool. cheers

What do you mean by "Reset"? How is your phone mounted?

hi, the phone is on a ram mount on my top yoke in a weather proof case, i set the timer up do a lap and the time is on my phone no problem, if i just go through the gate and carry on for a second lap the lap timer does not automatically restart and the next lap is not timed. so i have to go through the gate stop take of a glove and push reset to get the first timed lap off and reset to zero then when i go again it records the second lap.?? am i doing something wrong here??

i have only done 10 laps so have only just started with it. cheers

Do you have the BTG track set loaded? No idea what the the reason could be, you definitively do not need to reset your device. The BTG track set is made up from a separate go (bridge) and stop (gantry) trigger. Timing should stop at gantry and restart at bridge. The last lap time will be shown in Timer view until you start the next lap.
