Negative g which way? The convention is that clockwise lateral acceleration (turning right), IIRC, is negative g, i.e. to the left of the origin, as well as braking longitudinal. That would mean that the minus sign would only go away if you were accelerating and going straight or turning left. The sign is inherent in the traction circle display. A minus sign is unnecessary.In map view the circular g meter grahic shows a figure of Gforce. It woukd be nice for a minus sign to appear in front of it when in negative G.
