Android ver. video did not start

Post by froggy47 »

Tried hlt at a autox practice. I set the start and finish. pressed drive before beginning lap. The app recorded data for two laps done. Excellent. But no video started. I thought HLT was supposed to start the video along with data aquisition. Phone is Moto x.
Normal (none HLT) video is perfect.

Did I miss something?

If yes where is it?

Thanks

Hi,

To record video in addition to data, you need to enter the Video View. You find it by pressing the Video button in the Timer view. Recording video permanently is not feasible as it consumes lots of memory and puts quite some additional load on the device. That's the reason it is not enabled by default.

P.S. Forgot to mention: in case you run Rookie, you need to upgrade to Petrolhead first. The upgrade is available from LapTimer's Add-ons list.
