Re: Loss of all GPS data

Hi Harry, First off thank you for the super fast reply, your support of this these incredible apps has always been astounding and well worth the value to say the least. There were two recovery directories in there with a large number of files, both created only a minute apart, so I have emailed both...

[SOLVED] Loss of all GPS data

So last night I had a fantastic track night and got great data from the LapTimer Pro and saw all the applicable data. Today I went to export my data for use in Dashware to overlay on my GoPro video and during the process LapTimer Pro crashed to the springboard and when I restarted it, it listed that...

Re: Slow Ramp-Up on G-Data

Ok, that makes sense, and honestly not that surprising. Is this update rate for the G sensor currently in the expert settings? I didn't see it in there, only a system refresh rate, which I did increase to full 10Hz and seems to be running well. If you have access to see what I mean by DashCommand's ...

Re: Slow Ramp-Up on G-Data

Haha, I certainly never can look at it while I am driving. Faster certainly would be preferred, I know in my application, since it is plugged into the dash, I have no huge concern for power usage. An option in the preference between the current 10Hz setting and full speed (at least as high as ...

Slow Ramp-Up on G-Data

Hi Harry, I think the general issue has been mentioned before, however I don't think it was explained clear enough to sort out an answer. While I love using the LapTimer files with DashWare and GoPro video, I have found the just as I see in the app while using it, the G data derived from the iPhone'...

Re: Setting up a private Trackside Server

Oh ok, that makes sense. I'm glad I was able to contribute a good idea and I get it that I am sure there are lots of feature requests, I look forward to v16 then. I agree a web based front end for use in the pits is a great idea, it would provide a good inter compatibility amongst multiple operating...

Re: Setting up a private Trackside Server

Hi Harry, Yeah, the latency thing was just something I noticed while comparing the car's actual position on the track versus what was shown on the screen and it appeared to be about a second behind. All things considered, still very impressive when you consider the data has to get to your office in ...

Setting up a private Trackside Server

Hi Harry, First off, let me just say that I love your software as I have stated when I first uploaded the Shannonville SMP track set. We really used it to its full effect for the first time last weekend and it worked amazingly well! We were able to use the recorded laps transferred on to the trainer...
