I went into iTunes and renamed the files (.mov2) and synced the 6s. Now I am not clear on what do to next? Do I go into Lap list>select a lap (that is already assoc with the master gopro video)>edit to remove pip video>click overlay?

Hello, When attempting to overlay laps, HLT starts processing as usual, then times out and closes the app down after about 30-50% processed. Have tried restarting phone, closing down ALL over open apps, trying one lap at a time. Phone is iPhone 6s Master video is gopro hero 4 video synced from iTune...

Glad to hear the fix is submitted! I was about to chuck the phone out the window (iPhone 6s).
