Ok - now that ip is corrected - I tried to change the pw to one that doesn't contain any complete word - saved, ended all apps, resynced, connected and no it is working. Thanks for the fast responses and patience.

Ok - I changed the pw - now I get the gopro icon on the app - not sure why it kept forcing the space. Still isn't turning on the camera but the gopro icon appears in HLT

How do I get rid of the space in the password field - it seems to auto add this space

Ok - I was able to check - IP address is 10.5.5.109 on the wifi connection. I tried changing on the expert setting but still doesn't seem to work

I think I have tried everything - I have even downloaded/reset the gopro. I am sure of the password and it is all alpha (no numbers, spaces or special characters) and is 8 characters long. The HLT app puts a space in the characters after the first 6 characters but I think this is just a display issu...
