Re: GL1 cable data does not want to overlay.

maybe the jumpy rpm problem can be solved by just listening one answer ?
anyway i have submitted some information to two different forums with people that may have better insight than me about this specific car.

Yes on this car we have one problem: I changed the gear so it's calculation is now off and the consequence is it stops regenerative braking of the hybrid part. If we manage to explain the ecu the right gears we may get back the regenerative braking all together.

Re: GL1 cable data does not want to overlay.
Workaround #1: contact GoPoint on how to get the update working they tell me my GL1 is damaged, they can try to repair, but i'd better go for a new BT1A. Workaround #2: exclude 0720 from PID requests. You will find the field to enter in LapTimer, Settings, Expert Settings, OBD Tweaks WORKS !! THANK...

I tried all GoPoint instructions, twice : i tried also with an iPad 2.

Re: GL1 cable data does not want to overlay.
ok, I will try Harry's GPS/OBD Buddy and send you a trace log.
I notice that my GL1 is out of date (hardware 1.0.0 and firmware 1.0.4)
I tried with apps from GoPoint to update firmware with no luck, the screen freeze when i want to flash it.
