O.k. so please check the OBD overlay setting. It is placed on the second page of "Overlay Configuration" (use swipe to go there). Make sure the OBD segment control has either "Standard" or "Extended" selected (not "None").

The root cause for no OBD in the overlay is there has been no OBD data recorded. For any lap selected from Lap List, you will find a row named "Fixes". This row shows an number of fixes plus the channels included - e.g. (GPS, ACCEL). In case you see no OBD entry here, it has not been available ...

I also could not overlay the OBD data on the video. Strange thing is that I used to do that, with the same iPhone 5, same OBD device and the Petrol Head edition.
