just learning this app. i create an autox course, define start and finish. i try to set poi for split timing, sometimes it works, sometimes i get 'did not create poi' or similar wording. once it announced 'did not create poi, finish found nearby' or similar wording.

i'm using a dual 160, i see 10hz. i see '9 feet' in the 'accuracy' field.

what's going on?

When creating a POI next to an existing POI, LapTimer rejected this addition. This is to work around distances LapTimer will not be able to handle correctly when detecting triggers.

So there needs to be a certain minimal distance for creation.
